January 09, 2008: Jalapa to San Luis Jilotepeque
Said goodbye to Scot and had pleasant easy ride to San Pedro, then a pretty stiff climb on dirt road for the rest of the day. Beautiful, wonderful area with friendly and interesting people. Well worth doing. Again, it looks like this will be paved soon. We're probably the last gringo bike tourists to go through on dirt road.
